Day 246 - Friday, September 3, 2010 – With everything going on with Poppa, I told Jordyn I was afraid I might have to cancel her annual Back to School Beach Bash. But, she's getting to an age now where I don't really have to orchestrate her parties. She's a full fledged teenager who just likes to hang out, so we went on with the show. All I had to do was provide, pop, chips, cookies, and some pizzas and then get out of their way. (yes, with boys at the party, of course we checked in on them and only caught them playing spin the bottle once...lol just kidding!)

Day 186 - Monday, July 5, 2010 - Jordyn rarely goes swimming in the lake. So, I was tickled to see her and her friend Alicia out in the middle of the lake with their noodles. They were laughing so hard and screeching with glee.

Day 75 - Tuesday, March 16, 2010 - Like, totally awesome! Jordyn, and her friends Alicia and Shelby, got all dolled up for the eighties dance at school tonight. Of course, they all had to turn to their moms for fashion advice. Now, that's a change of pace! The side pony tail was the go-to hairstyle of the night.
